Allen Henry Cosh

Allan Cosh passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones at Red Deer Regional Hospital on May 26, 2024. 

Allan was born September 8, 1935 in Victoria, BC. At 6’7 “Big Al” towered above his peers. He had one brother, Jim Cosh, they grew up in Metchosin BC. Allan married Vicki Cosh (Cherry) and continued living in Victoria, BC with their two sons, James and Duane until 2001 when they moved to Red Deer to be closer to their first and only grandchild, Valerie Cosh. 

Allen (Big Al) spent many years dedicated to his community in Red Deer volunteering at the Lending Cupboard, SPCA and more, Allan also thoroughly enjoyed spending hours down at Mom‘s diner conversing with “his crew” as he called them. He was predeceased by Vicki and Duane.
