Bill Schellenberg

William (Bill) Schellenberg born October 12, 1949, in Altona, MB, passed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, November 27, 2023, at the age of 74 years.

He will be lovingly rememberd by his wife of 39 years, Mildred Lynne; his son, Trevor and wife Angela and their son, Barrett; his daughter, Angela and her sons, Nathan, Josh, and Zack; his sisters, Tina Giesbrecht, Helen Dueck, and Susan Delorme; and his numerous nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his nephew, Douglas (1970); father, John (1972); mother, Helena (1976); niece, Shirley (1986); brother, John (1991); brother, Richard (2013).

Bill loved to drive, we did many driving holidays, towing our little 5^th wheel, we camped a lot, we laughed a lot, we cried sometimes.  He was always proud of his flower beds, his ability to grow and care for roses was uncanny, I always felt he had a connection of some degree with flowers, earth and beauty.

He was a kind, faithful, witty, loving companion, an amazing husband, who always had time to help those who needed help.

A Celebration of Bill’s Life will be here in Alberta, on the Victoria Day weekend in May, location to follow at a later date.
