In the mid 1970’s Carol and Don decided to move the family out west to Calgary, settling in Airdrie. Carol had a passion for numbers and filled roles at Propak, Riley’s and Overwaitea food group. Carol enjoyed music, playing the piano, crafts like sewing, needle point, quilting, and painting. Carol looked forward to traveling to many regions of the world, spending time with family and friends, as well as a fondness for square dancing with Don in the Calgary area.
The Family’s heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the staff at Rocky View Lodge Crossfield, Abrio Place Airdrie, and Dulcina Hospice Care Calgary for the compassion, kindness and respect Carol received. In lieu of flowers, donations to your favorite charity are appreciated in Carol’s memory.
A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held at Abrio Place Lodge Solarium 52 East Lake Ave. NE Airdrie on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM.
