In Memory
Crystal Pelton

With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Crystal Pelton on July 9th, 2025.
After sharing twenty-seven years of marriage, Crystal leaves behind her soulmate in life and husband, Kelly Pelton. Together they shared an endless amount of love, laughter and drinks.
Crystal left a distinct and lasting mark on every person whose life she touched. To name every individual she cherished would be impossible; her reach was vast, and her warmth and spirit are unforgettable. She is survived and remembered by countless family members, friends, and neighbours.
Sadly, Crystal lost her mom, Kathie Klett, who passed in October 2024, but they are together once again.
Well-respected in her field, Crystal spent her professional life working in mainly financial leadership roles. Crystal had a distinct passion for life. She was an adventurer, a go-getter and a cat-lover. She never shied away from using her sharp wit, intellect or humour. Crystal will never be forgotten; she will live on in shared moments, stories, memories, and smiles.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Crystal’s memory to The Wilder Institute, www.wilderinstitute.org/take-action/donate/ which she supported abundantly in her lifetime, and STARS Air Ambulance, www.stars.ca . Additionally, Crystal was a big advocate for blood donations, in her memory, please consider donating blood.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Spring of 2026. If you’re interested in attending, please let us know by completing the Google form attached. We are expecting a considerable turnout and may not be able to accommodate everyone.

Kelly, Todd and I often talk about those early years and the fond memories we shared with you both — bonding over food, wine, laughter, and great conversation. Crystal brought such authenticity and a spark to every moment.
Our hearts are with you and your family.
