We met David quite by accident actually. I was searching for a Brahman bull, as a surprise gift for my husband. Ray had always wanted one. Long story short, we purchased a calf from David. Buster still lives here and is a big baby. Comes when called, can ride him and move him without even a halter! Then we purchased Charlotte.... same disposition. Over the years we talked cattle, life and farming. We will miss his genuine friendship and his endless knowledge. Sincere condolences to Claire and family.

I had the pleasure of meeting David and Claire on my search for my dream cow, the Brahman. I didn't know Dave well, but I sincerely appreciate all the help and knowledge he passed on. He will be dearly missed and there will be a great void to fill.

We had the pleasure of meeting Dave, and wish it could have been a longer period of time. I met Claire through her business in Irricana, and from there met Dave. For us, he was quite the man, very funny, knowledgeable. Bet he was quite the character. Could tell how much they loved each other AND he let us know they were married longer then Bob and I by a couple of months- had a good chuckle over that. He was proud of that. Very nice man. Glad we had the pleasure of meeting him.
