Dawn Spence

Dawn Marie Spence passed into eternal life on November 25, 2022, at the age of 57, at the Red Deer Hospice with her family by her side. She will be lovingly remembered by her son, Tim; her mother, Edith; and her siblings, Cheryl (Ben), Ian, and Debra (Kent); as well as her niece, Kiera; and nephews, Isaak, Mac, and Aiden. Dawn was predeceased by her father, Alfred.

Dawn fought a 45-year battle against cancer with courage and quiet dignity. Her experience with cancer at a young age inspired her to a career in nursing. She will be sadly missed by the many dear friends and co-workers she met during her 35+ year career as a pediatric nurse at the Red Deer Regional Hospital.
