In Memory
Dennis Paron
May 20th, 1944 - March 4th, 2026
Born in Calgary, AB
Passed in Canmore, AB

It is with extreme sadness and heartbreak to announce, that our dearly loved Dennis Wilfred Paron Sr. has gone to live in eternal paradise with his Heavenly Father, Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Born in Calgary on May 20, 1944, Dennis was the beloved son of Edith and Wilfred Clark, later adopted by his Stepfather, Pacific Paron after the loss of his dear father. At 14, he met the love of his life, Nilo Beach. They married at 21 and recently celebrated 60 years together. Dennis leaves behind two children, Dennis (Carla) and Amy (Mark). His legacy has continued with the blessing of four handsome grandsons, Ryan (Molly), Branden (Lynnsey), Tyler (Earlyn), Pace (Holly) and; four precious great grandchildren, Harper, Benjamin, Sterling and Emberly. A family he treasured, protected, cherished, mentored, and loved unconditionally. Dennis is also survived by his mother, Edith; brother, Jeff; and many extended family members and friends. He was predeceased by his brother, Larry.
Dennis also known as “Daddy” built a respected career in the autobody industry, known for his precision, craftsmanship, and dedication. His garage was a gathering place where family learned from him, laughed with him, and listened to his stories and his faith. These special times, left us filled with laughter and awe, waiting impatiently for the next time to be with him.
After Dennis’ retirement from Calgary Transit, you would find him at Paron Collision, working closely with his son and his grandson’s teaching them the tricks of the trade to becoming astute Auto body mechanics. He enjoyed restoring hot rods, woodworking, Tim Horton’s coffee, apple fritters, and a snifter of Grand Marnier. Most of all, he cherished time with his family—camping, traveling to car shows with a smile on his face and a coffee in his hand or simply being together.
Dennis was a gentle soul with a magnetic presence that drew people in. His calm spirit, warm smile, signature sayings —“take it easy,” “settle down,” “don’t worry,” the shuffle of his feet with his unique dance moves, or his funny clicking sounds he made when telling stories will be deeply missed. He led his family with integrity, love, and unwavering devotion.
We are so privileged and blessed that God gave you to us to call Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Son, Uncle and friend. Your legacy will live on through the hearts and minds of many generations to come and, we promise, you will never be forgotten and always remembered.
A celebration of life for Dennis Wilfred Paron Sr. will be held at C3 Church, 91 Commercial Court on Saturday, April 11 from 2:00 – 4:30

How does one say goodbye to a dear friend when he has already left with the most important person in his life’our Lord Jesus our Savior. Well, we try by saying what comes from our heart with the hope he will hear our mournful cry as we say “ we miss you Dennis” “sorry we weren’t there to share some last minute details of our wonderful friendship since we were teenagers”. Frank and I have so many wonderful memories both from those times so long ago and for the many visits we shared over our senior years. Frank is unable to attend your service as he is in hospital awaiting transfer to a facility where he will be cared for by nursing staff due to the condition he is in which prevents him from leaving the care of the nursing staff. The end is drawing near for all of us and one day we will all be together again. Meet us at the gate to heaven when it’s our turn. Goodbye for now dear friend. Betty and Frank Lucianovich

Dad…I miss you every single day and wake up to a reality that I am not ready to believe! You were my rock when I needed strength, wisdom when I needed answers and, my calm when I faced storms! I remember holding your hand or waiting for you to get home at 11:00pm from work, meeting you at the stairs for a hello and a hug! A hug I will never forget but always miss.
I miss you Dad! I want you back but I know God has great plans for you!
Loving you forever.
