Donna “Faye” Jordan, born August 30, 1940, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully at home on May 6, 2026, surrounded by the deep love of her family.

Faye is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Grant, her partner in countless adventures—from motorhome travels across Canada and U.S to cherished trips to New Zealand, Australia and the UK. It was at the Voyageur Restaurant in Brooks, Alberta, where Faye served as Manager and met her beloved soulmate, Grant. Together they began their inseparable journey and built a life rich with love, laughter, and treasured memories.

Faye lived her 85 years with kindness, creativity, and remarkable vitality. Her gentle spirit, warm humour, and generous heart touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was predeceased by her parents, Annie and Robert Miller; her sister, Joyce; and her parents in law, Jean and Donald Jordan (New Zealand). She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Ruby Haduik; brother David Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews that Faye enjoyed so much.

Faye leaves behind her beloved children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense pride and joy:

Candy Richards (Wayne Davidson) • Ron Richards • Dustin (Sarah) Richards — Aaron, Annabelle, Lillian • Kari (Jordan) Hogan — Jonah, Hazel

Debbie (Keith) Dolter • Ashley (Bruce) Smith • Barrett Dolter — Lucas

Nora (Rob) MacLachlan • Kylie (Kyle) Lewis — Sullivan, Henry • Jillian Ostrup • Shain (Ally) MacLachlan — Cameron, Fallon • Kaily MacLachlan — Landyn

Darrell (Cindy) Sharp • Ashley Yaro — Gracen, Jaxon • Nick (Karry) Yaro — Kyla, Jacob

Mark (Tracey) Jordan • Kourtney (Chad) Miller — Willow, Steely • Kalissa • Shayla • Colter

Faye had a remarkable ability to bring beauty and comfort to others, known for giving the most meticulous pedicures—a small but meaningful way she cared for those she loved. Her work life reflected that same dedication as she became a cleaner extraordinaire, brightening countless homes with her skill, reliability, and pride in her work.

Faye’s talents were abundant and deeply woven into the lives of those around her. She was a gifted seamstress, pianist and singer, who nurtured her gardens with the same care she gave to people. Faye was a lifelong reader and enthusiastic card player who loved games with family and friends. The house was always filled with the wonderful scent of baking as she made the best buns ever and always had everyone’s favourite cookies in the pantry.

Faye will be remembered for her love steadfast, generous, and enduring. Her legacy lives on in the family she cherished and the many lives she touched.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the Claresholm Home Care team for their compassionate support during this difficult time.

A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

“Rather than mourn the absence of the flame, let us celebrate how brightly it glowed”
