Elaine "Ellen" Nally

Elaine 'Ellen' Nally, age 86 of Airdrie, transitioned May 16, 2025.

She graced her family Dec. 21, 1938 in Blaine Lake, SK. She was a spirited child and as she grew she was a talented athlete. In high school she played basketball, but her heart was in curling and later golf. She enjoyed traveling with her mom, family and friends to many destinations. She worked at Bloomsbury's where she met many friends. Elaine loved gatherings with family and friends for many occasions. She was an avid animal lover having cats, horses and many cherished dogs. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary; her siblings, Jean and Larry Williamson; and Gerry and Betty Day.

She leaves to mourn her daughter, Elayna (Marty) Allen; close nephew and wife (and caregivers in her later years) Darcy and Patti Williamson; Wade (Jackie) Williamson; and Brad (Cambria) Williamson. She also leaves her granddaughters, Elisha, Estyna and Emaya; and her great-grandson, Phoenix; along with grand nieces and nephews; Addison and Robin; Arron and Kye; and Natasha and Alex. In addition to family she leaves many more beloved family and friends.

A gathering is planned in her memory May 16, 2026 at the Oliver Cemetery in Oliver, BC.
