Eliza Bighetty

Eliza Hume Rambo Bighetty passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2026 in Calgary, AB. 

She will be missed by her loving children, son John Batarseh, and daughter Eideh Batarseh; grandkids, Easton Hay, Katana Hay, and Wilson Hay; and all her friends.

She was our mom and will be missed with all our hearts. And I know my mom is in heaven with our Heavenly Father. Love you, Mom, will miss you and I know you are looking down on your family. I will miss seeing you and playing cards with you and having fun with my mom when she took me to my bowling tournament for the Special Olympics. My mom always said her most enjoyment was getting to spend time with her family and getting to be there for her granddaughter Katana’s wedding last year. She loved music and her favourite one was made by her second cousin, Dottie Rambo. It is called “Holy Hills of Heaven”.
