It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gary Kenneth Freeman of Ferintosh, Alberta, on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
Gary was a man who valued family, especially his grandchildren, as well as friendship, and hard work. He had a lifelong love of music and enjoyed playing his guitar alongside some of the best friends anyone could ask for.
Gary's presence, guidance, friendship, and the memories he created will remain with all those who had the privilege of knowing him.
He will be lovingly remembered for the lives he touched, the friendships he cherished, and the music, laughter, and memories he shared with those around him.

We were lucky to have met Gary as our neighbour when we purchased our lot in Sherman Park. His passing will leave a big hole in the Park. He was an amazing security guard for us “weekenders” while we were not around. Rest peacefully Gary
