In Memory
Glenn Claude Lemieux

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Claude Lemieux, who passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at Agape Hospice, at the age of 69.
He was the beloved son of Claude and Mary Lemieux; brother to Jo-Anne (Dale) and Michael; proud uncle to Krystal (Todd) and Jason (Heather); and great-uncle to Connor, Hannah, Isabella, Emily and Henry.
Glenn will be deeply missed by his family and friends and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Glenn’s legacy is one of faith and music; he was a life-long student of music, and held two doctorates: one for theory and one for composition. In 2023, Glenn performed a jazz recital at Capilano University.
Glenn was a gentle soul. He had a deep passion for the Lord. He attended Windword Church in Aldergrove, BC, often sharing his musical gifts on the worship team playing piano. He was also involved in different Bible studies, always eager to grow and deepen his relationship with the Lord.
A Celebration of Glenn’s Life will be held at the Langdon Community Church, Centre St. NE, Langdon, AB, on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at 11:00am.

I am really sad of the loss of Glenn.
I have nice remembers when we were
young at Lévis during summers for example.
And when Glenn have came a weekend to Jazz Festival at Montréal.
We had a wonderful time.
I am sorry that he had suffered so much.
I pray for him and I think sincerely of you and your family.

Glenn had a very deep place in my heart. He had the gift of meeting you where you were at in your life. Not everyone can do that.
Some of my favourite times were when we would meet at his favourite coffee shop-Gratia in Maple Ridge. It was there, sitting across the table that we would open our hearts to one another. And even though there was a lot of people chatting around us (it was always busy) Glenn made me feel like I was the only person in the room.
We would discuss our Christian walk/experience, music, different situations that were going on in our lives… wherever the “wind” would take us.
He was indeed an amazing gift to this world, and was called Home much too early. I miss him so!
Glenn may be gone, but he will not be forgotten.
I love you my Brother.
