Glen Seaword Rigby
Glen Rigby passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, at the age of 87. Born on July 6th, 1938 in North Bay, Ontario, Glen was a hardworking man who worked many various jobs, including gravel truck owner/operator, road construction, and ground maintenance supervisor at the North Bay airport in Ontario. Glen was very humble and loved his family. He loved to see the best for everyone in his life. Glen eventually moved to Alberta, where he loved the mountains and exploring/camping with his beloved wife, Margaret Rigby.
He is loving remebered by his loving wife of 65 years, Margaret Rigby; his three caring boys, Greg Rigby, Dan Rigby and Steven Rigby; his six grandchildren, Greg Rigby jr, Taylor Best, Jacob Rigby, Jacilyn McNulty, Jordan Rydik, and Jessie Lefebvre, along with his great-grandchildren, Elly McNulty, Blake Lefebvre, Liam Lefebvre; his very good friend, Roger Knapp (Anna Knapp).
A Funeral Service will be held in the morning of Thursday, November 6th, 2025 at 9am, at the Golden Rod Hall in Rocky View. The family requests that any donations be made to the kids minor hockey league. In honour of one of Glen's passions.
