February 9th, 1949 - December 23rd, 2024
Grant Terry Bilben passed away peacefully Monday, December 23, 2024, at the age of 75. He will be dearly missed by his partner, Wendy; his children, Carolyn (Heriberto), Christina (Jeff), Justin (Evy), Jordan (Alannah); grandsons, Leo and Everett; and the many extended grandchildren, close friends and family. Grant was predeceased by his mother, Nellie Mable Bilben and his father, Alfred Bilben.

Wendy would like to thank Carolyn, Christina, Justin and Jordan for supporting her in taking care of their DAD! Grant’s children thank Wendy for staying by their father’s side every day until his passing.

I did quite a bit of work for Grant over a number of years. His bark was always worse than his bite. He was quite a unique character and great to work for. I will miss him.

Dear Wendy and Bilben Family; please accept our deepest condolences. On our last trip to Alberta we were fortunate to have had a lovely visit to the "homestead" & thoroughly enjoyed our tour & learning about the land & farms that Grant & his family are so proud of.
May he rest in peace.

My kids will always remember Grant for his comments about his brothers black Angus, when the cows stayed temporarily at the farm. (unrepeatable😉)Both my kids learn to drive at the farm with Grant's for ever teasing. He will truly be missed by our family ❤️

I worked for Grant (a bit) and Wendy (a lot).. Grant could be tough, but was always fair. I liked him and think he was a genuine good man.

We send our condolences to Grant’s family. I knew Grant all of my life and always thought of him as a good friend. Our conversations about cattle deals were always really special. I hope to continue talking with Wendy and Jordan who reminds me of Grant a lot. Hope to see all the family in Bowden.

Sending love and hugs to all. Grant and Wendy always made us feel at home when we would visit, would share the farm experience with the kids and could make us all laugh. He will be missed.❤️
