Ivan Bruce Hallock passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the age of 76 at the Didsbury Hospital. Bruce was born on January 27, 1950 in Rocky Mountain House to parents Vergil and Donna Hallock.
Bruce is lovingly remembered by his wife, Eileen; his 2 daughters, Yvonne (Chris), Donna (Billy); 4 grandchildren, Katelyn, Cameron, Runa, Wyatt; and 2 great grandchildren, Kiara and Joy.
Bruce was an avid horseman and loved being in the mountains.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Sunnyslope Community Hall 260062, AB 582 on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
From the bucking chutes to the training pen, he knew the heart of a horse better than anyone.
