Jacqueline Sand

Jackie Sand passed away on Tuesday, November 07, 2023 at the age of 85. Jackie will be lovingly remembered by her son, Darrell Sand; daughter, Terry MacNeill; grandchildren, Clayton Hanner, Eryn Norrish, Taylor Sand, Katie Sand and Griffon Sand; great-grand children, Grace and Emily Norrish and Bjorn Hanner; sisters, Gerry Price and Charmaine Strack; and all the loving people who were her friends.

Jackie was pre-deceased by her husband, Gordon; and parents, John and Freda Strack.

Jackie loved to grow things like large gardens and berry patches. She also had a gift of doing X-stitch and made many many beautiful pictures, that we can now all appreciate. She also enjoyed her family, friends, and loved ones both here in Alberta and Arizona.

 The family would like to say a special thank you to Gerry, for her loving care of Jackie in the final months of her life. It meant the world to Jackie and her family.

A Celebration of Jackie’s Life will be held in the spring.
