Jeffery Lowe

Jeffery Lawrence Lowe, age 63, Red Deer, Alberta, passed away on Monday, September 14, 2026. Born in Windsor, Nova Scotia, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Cecilia (Swinamer) Lowe.

Prior to his death, Jeff was a long-time employee of Olymel Ltd. He was also a Veteran of the Canadian Armed Forces. He served at various bases in Canada and with the Royal Canadian Dragoons Regiment in Germany and the United Nations Peacekeeping Task Force in Africa.  

He is lovingly remembered by his sister, Kathy (Roy) Melvin; nephews, Douglas and Joshua Melvin; and niece, Emily Melvin; all of Nova Scotia. He will be greatly missed by all those who loved him.

In keeping with Jeffery’s wishes there will be no Visitation or Funeral Service.
