Jessica and I have so many great memories together I wouldn’t know where to begin.. She was an AMAZING mother, daughter, sister, girlfriend and friend. She was the type of person that always put others first no matter what she was going through and had such a bright outlook on life. Her beautiful soul really did light up a room. Jessica was bright, kind, and full of life. Anyone who met her could instantly see those qualities in her. She had a way of making people smile and creating memories that would last a lifetime.
Some of my fondest memories are from when we were teenagers. Jessica was my ride-or-die, and we spent what felt like every day together. She was there for me when I needed her most, and I will always be grateful for her friendship. I'll forever cherish the memories of dressing up as burlesque ladies for Halloween, searching for her perfect grad dress together, taking random trips to Calgary or Edmonton after school just because we could, and making memories at Sylvan Lake with our friends.
One memory that still makes me smile is going with Jessica to get her foot tattoo. She quite literally screamed through the entire thing, and the tattoo artist and I couldn't help but laugh because she was being so over-the-top. It's one of those moments I'll never forget.
Thank you, Jessica, for the laughter, the friendship, and the memories. I will carry them with me forever. You will always hold a special place in my heart and will never be forgotten. Rest peacefully.
