John Davies

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to John after a lengthy battle with cancer.

John left northern Ontario for Prince Rupert, B.C. in 1979. It was there he fell in love with the ocean, spending many years as a commercial fisherman. John always enjoyed a good laugh; he was always up for an adventure and enjoyed the places visited and people he met along the way.

In 1987, his adventurous spirit led him to Nanaimo, B.C., where he met Cindy. Together they built a life and family. He was very proud of his children and the people they became.

John recently was able to reunite with his sisters. He enjoyed the time he was able to spend with them.

Left behind is his family, who loved him dearly. We have some amazing memories to carry forward in life. He will be missed.
