In Memory
Jordan Dennis Stricker

It is with shattered hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful son, brother, grandson, nephew, and dear friend, Jordan Dennis Stricker, who left this world far too soon on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at the age of 33.
Jordan was an extraordinary soul—deeply loved, immensely talented, and truly unforgettable. With his infectious laugh, warm heart, and quiet strength, Jordan made an impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him. He had a rare gift for making people feel seen, heard, and loved. His creativity, love of music, sense of humor, and compassion were just a few of the qualities that made him so special.
He is lovingly remembered by his loving mother, Denise; his devoted sister. Jade; and his proud brother, Joel. Also grieving his loss are his grandfather, Dennis McIvor; uncle and aunts, Gordon McIvor, Angie Lukens (Rob Lukens), and Trish Teynor; and cousins who adored him.
Jordan was predeceased by his father, Matthew Stricker; his grandmother, Lois McIvor; and his uncle, Larry Teynor and cousin, Chelsea McIvor each of whom he missed deeply and now rejoins in peace.
Jordan leaves behind countless friends who were more like brothers, including Brandon Fuchs, Andrew Paskaruk (Pazzy), Scott O’ Bray (Scooter), Scott Symon, and Ethan Graham, Chris Muscoby , Kevin Anderson and many more. It is impossible to list them all because everyone in his life meant so much to him.
The love they shared was strong and genuine—a bond built on loyalty, laughter, and lifelong memories.
Jordan received his Journalism diploma at S.A.I.T in 2019, for over a year he was employed at Good Guy Tattoo Supply in Salmon Arm, BC, where he did their marketing and media. He loved to travel and be on the road. His co-workers quickly became family to him.
To say Jordan was loved would be an understatement. He was the heart of so many lives, the one who lit up the room just by walking in. His passing has left an emptiness words can’t begin to describe. Life will never be the same without him, but his spirit will live on in all of us—in the stories we tell, the songs we hear, and the quiet moments when we feel his presence beside us, he gave the best hugs.
A Celebration of Jordan’s Life will be held at a later date, where friends and family will come together to remember the joy, love, and light he brought to the world. More information to follow.
Jordan, you were so truly and deeply loved. We will carry you with us—always.

We were lucky to know Jordan through our son Chris. Over the years Jordan became more than just a friend to Chris he was like family. Jordan was quick to laugh, always ready to help and loyal. His time feels far too short but he left a lasting memory to so many. He will be missed.
