So many memories of Joe and Joy throughout the years. One New Year’s Eve where we all took a turn shooting the shotgun off at midnight in a snowstorm. Got a great picture of Joe with a big fur hat on posing with the shotgun.
Joe always had a great smile and laugh and great stories. Who can forget his love of “Rusty Nails”. We all enjoyed one in your honour Joe.
Will miss you very much. Godspeed
Our love to you and your family Joanne.

My most sincere condolences on the the passing of your father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Joe. Strangely enough, he has been on my mind recently. He was definitely a good man. Always smiling and willing to chat!
The last time I saw him was at Habitat for Humanity. He was looking for some part that he couldn't find anywhere else. He needed it it for someone he was doing a small job for.
In case you don't recognize my last name, I lived at 137 E. Brock Street (2 houses away from the family home). You used to babysit my 2 boys, Dennis and Darren. That was many years ago, but I'm sure you remember them.

"Uncle" Joe was the best, always ready to lend a hand, his great sense of humour and he told the best stories.
Thinking of him always brings a smile to my heart. He will be greatly missed, but his kindness, and vitality will forever be remembered.
