June Barbara Churchley

June Churchley went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Thursday, October 23, 2025 at the age of 84 years at Red Deer Hospice. She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Deb (Terry) Simmons and Shelley (Julian) Knight-Davies; grandchildren, Justin (Lindsay) Carroll and Breanna Knight-Davies; great-grandchildren, Shea & Reyya; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

The Angels took her home to be with her daughter, Diane; husband, Stan; sisters, Mary and Gail; as well as numerous relatives.

June was known for her kindness, lovingness, and a selfless devotion to God. She was always contributing to numerous charities and people. She loved animals, spending time with her kids and grandkids, loved camping and campfires. Before June retired she worked with vulnerable adults with empathy and always making it known that everyone was equal.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Deer Valley Meadows, 39017, Range Rd 230, Alix, AB on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM

In lieu of flowers a donation in June’s memory may be made to Red Deer Hospice, 99 Arnot Ave, Red Deer, AB T4R 3R4.
