In Memory
Kent James Pitt
February 10th, 1976 - August 1st, 2025

With great sadness, we announce the passing of Kent James Pitt, who left us far too soon at the age of 49. Kent suffered a heart attack while doing what he loved most—hiking in the mountains.
He is lovingly remembered by his beloved children, Molly and Brady, who were the light of his life.
Kent was born and raised in Saskatchewan but spent most of his adult life in Alberta. A die-hard Saskatchewan Roughriders fan, he was also passionate about mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and hunting—but above all, he loved spending time goofing around and making memories with his kids.
He was a proud electrician and home inspector, always ready to lend a hand—especially to elderly neighbours who needed help with odd jobs.
Kent was predeceased by his sister, Mavis; and his father, Gary.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Polaris Theater – 261051 Wagon Wheel View, Rocky View County on Saturday, August 9th at 2:00 p.m.
All who loved Kent—or love a Pitt—are welcome to attend. Refreshments will be served.
