In Memory
Larry Steven Boitson

Larry Steven Boitson passed away suddenly, but peacefully at the age of 61. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Larry was a devoted son to his parents, Bill and Anne Boitson; and a loving brother to Lawrence Boitson, Sharon French, and Belinda (Stacey) Johnston. He was also a proud and caring uncle to Tyler (Amy) French, Sarah French, Kaitlyn (Brett) Carter and Josh Johnston. And a beloved great-uncle to Connor and Ryan.
Larry is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Larry is preceded in death by his loving grandparents and other cherished family members who welcome him with open arms.
Family meant everything to Larry. He was always the first to lend a hand, to show up when someone needed support and to share a laugh or a story. His generous heart and easygoing nature made him a source of comfort and joy to everyone around him. He loved to tease and had special nicknames for everyone!
Larry had a great love for the outdoors and would often be fishing, hunting, and camping with his dad, brother and other family and friends.
Larry loved building puzzles, playing cards and darts, and watching movies, and spending time with loved ones. A passionate sports fan, he rarely missed a NASCAR race, hockey game, or football Sunday – and he was a devoted Dale Earnhardt fan.
Larry loved to cook and barbecue, often bringing people together with good food and laughter.
Larry had a remarkable bond with animals – both with family pets and all the wildlife he encountered – treating them with a kindness and understanding that reflected his gentle spirit.
Larry had a special relationship with his co-workers Cornell and Luc – they were always there for him – Thank you for sharing your kindness with him and watching over him!
Those who knew Larry will remember his quick wit, his big heart, and his ability to make everyone feel valued and cared for. His warmth, laughter, and love of family will be cherished always.
