Linda Lou Otto (nee Wylie)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Otto on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Linda will be remembered for her strength, courage, and unwavering spirit. Despite living with long-term rheumatoid arthritis, she faced each day with bravery and steadfast determination, never losing her quiet resilience.

She was predeceased by her parents, Jim and Marion (Langridge) Wylie; and her beloved son, Dwayne Otto. She is lovingly remembered by her husband of 55 years, Sheldon; her son Darren; daughter-in-law, Addie; and grandsons, Sebastian and Jeremiah; her siblings, Keith, Mary Anne, and Lea; her brothers- and sisters-in-law; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Red Deer Regional Hospital, Unit 32 for their compassionate care and support during her final days.

A Celebration of Life / Memorial will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Arthritis Society Canada. Private memories or photos may be sent to linda.otto.memories@gmail.com.
