Lionel Gerald Corbeil

Leo Corbeil passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025 at the age of 88 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Lance Legris (Amanda), Amy Legris, and Anton Bogovic; his great-grandchildren, Emma Legris (Adam), Carter Lawrence, and Eric Legris; his siblings, Ron Corbeil, Hector Corbeil, and Valerie Corbeil; and his many nieces and nephews across Canada. He was predeceased by his wife, Margaret Corbeil; his daughters, Lori Legris, Jodi Bogovic; son-in-law, John Bogovic; and his brothers, Rolly Corbeil, Fern Corbeil, Bob Corbeil, and Gerry Corbeil.

Leo loved going camping, fishing, motorbiking, country music, going to baseball games and just overall having a good time. He enjoyed taking things apart and trying to fix them. He loved meeting new people and was always willing to help anyone. Leo lived in many places in Ontario and finally settled in Airdrie, Alberta. He was a trucker and a mechanic for most of his life before retiring.

We would like to thank the people of the Agecare Seton facility, including Mel and Jason, for caring for him during his stay.

We will be having a Celebration of Life at a later time.
