It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Michael on May 15, 2026, at the age of 40 years old.

He will be lovingly remembered by his parents, Grant and Dianne Williams; his brothers, Keith (Veronica) and David (Jasmine); niece and nephew Hayden and Finley; grandma, Marion; and his uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Michael was born in Calgary and lived in Airdrie until we moved to the acreage outside of Crossfield. He loved to ride horses until he found a different horsepower, which led him into motocross racing, and hockey in the winter. He later went to get his Class 1 licence and operated heavy equipment.

Mike will be remembered for his great personality, his laughter, and caring for others, as well as his love for animals. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Sending condolences to the Williams family. During his school years, Michael enjoyed riding his dirt bike with my boys at the farm on our dirt track. I have fond memories of these times. After high school graduation, I lost track of Michael.

Dianne and Woody we are so sorry for your los. We had the privilege of getting to know Michael in his younger years and will never forget the joy and laughter he would bring to any room. His sense of adventure and his love of life was contagious.
