Phil Dupont

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Phil Dupont on April 26, 2023, in Airdrie, Alberta. Phil was born on May 5, 1946, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, to parents Aime and Helen Dupont.
Phil had a zest for life and enjoyed many hobbies . He loved horse races, golfing, bingo, playing cards and going to Vegas with his friends and family. Phil had a contagious laugh and a heart full of love, especially for his grandchildren. Phil had a large extended family and time with his family was important to him.
Phil shared 54 wonderful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Lynne. Together they raised three children, Renee (Brett), Jeremy (Shelley), and Aaron (Jodi). He was a devoted grandfather to Skye, Magnus, Braden, Michaela, Brodie, Brooklyn, Alyson, Cooper, Ryleigh, and Blake. Phil was also survived by his four brothers Jack, Gerry, Dennis, and David, who will miss him dearly.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's Catholic Church, located at 1305 Main Street South, Airdrie, AB, on May 2, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Phil will be fondly remembered by all who knew him and will be deeply missed by his family and friends. May he rest in peace.
