I was sorry to hear of Renee's passing. I worked with Renee at NCEM back in the '80s. I had since lost touch with her and had no idea she was living in Didsbury. I'm living in Three Hills and would have loved to connect with her. I am so sorry for your loss.

Renee became my friend and neighbor when we moved to Didsbury in 2004. We began with wonderful conversations as she sat in the truck while Erhard did his electrical work. I was so impressed with how devoted Renee and Erhard were to each other. We shared handfuls of peas and raspberries. Yes Kim, I called her a brat too and of course she would roll her eyes as if to say "who me???" An amazing lady. You know where we live Erhard!

Renée you were one of the best people I knew. Friend, counselor, and part of our family. I'll never forget your smile, your laugh, your kind and loving heart, and your fighting spirit, your Wylie sense of humor and all the wonderful memories. I'll never forget you and I hope and pray when my time comes you'll be one of the first people I see when I come home to Jesus.

Condolences and sympathies to Erhard, families, and friends. The counseling she provided over the years came from a heart of deep caring. I saw that in her while in training at the same time at Winnipeg Theological Seminary. Rest In Peace Renée.

She was a joy to be with! Always in a good mood, well mostly! She was a brat….and that optimism she had was contagious. She was very good at rolling her eyes and giving me that look! I will miss her.
