We almost lost him 20 years ago, and I’m so glad he got those extra years to spend with Donna and his amazing family!
Tim was a leader, and always led by example. Tim was the first guy in the office every day, and he treated every person in his path with dignity and respect.
Tim’s knowledge as a hydronic heating expert made my life significantly easier each and every day we worked together.
Tim joined Greg, Rob, Sjolie and I in roughly 2001 or 2002, and NEVER missed one day of work in 15-20 years.
He is the definition of loyalty and dedication, in a time when these traits are becoming obsolete.
I am forever proud that Hoover Mechanical was able to grow and flourish under the lessons hundreds of tradesmen learned from Tim Warner.
Tim’s dedication was a massive contribution to the culture of Hoover Mechanical and a huge part of its success.
I’m extremely sad I won’t be able to attend Tim’s funeral this weekend, my cousin is getting married this Saturday.
Tim was simply the BEST employee I ever managed, and made a massive impact on Hoover Mechanical.
I LOVED WORKING WITH TIM WARNER!
You’ll be missed by many Sir!

Tim was a family man. He only had love and respect for his wife. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He was the best neighbour. For the last 26 years he was always available to lend me a hand. I valued our little chats. His opinions and advice were always down to earth and practical.
He is dearly missed by all.
